Portable Labeling Scale

Purpose:

The food companies often use printed stickers for labeling pre-packaged goods. But in some cases the product's weight changes from piece to piece, so pre-printed stickers can't be used, because the label must include the weight, the barcode and price. The desktop labeling and counting scale-family is optimal for this task. Naturally it is possible to print predetermined labels too in any quantity.

Process of labeling:

• Starts with selecting the task. You can choose from a list of already started tasks, or choose to open a new one from the database.
• The program's job is to weigh the product placed on the scale, and count how many number of pieces are measured.
• Weighing and labeling happens automatically if the product's weight is between the min. and max. values, and it is at rest. The net weight  is the measured weight and the wrapping.
• After weighing the product, the previously designed sticker is getting printed. It is now ready to be put on the product. Any quantity of product can be weighed like this.
• With a press of a button label can be printed of the whole weight, which can be placed on the box or pallet.
• „Full” sensing of the box and pallet, based on weight or number of products, can be turned on during data input. You can choose that on which printer the product, box, and pallet label you want printed. The labels can be larger like this.
• Weighing can continue after this, and the program warn you with flashing text, if the measured product exceeds the ordered quantity.

• The labeling program provides designing feature too. 4 label form can be connected to one task.
• Choosing the „Design label” option in the menu, the graphic label designer opens, where you can modify the label designs.

When you close the program, the most important data, and the summarized results gets saved in the weighing diary
