Portable Elevator Belt

Purpose:

Continuous supply of materials for the scales' hopper. It can be synced to the rhythm of the filling and bagging process with the frequency switcher.

Construction:

The elevator belt's framework is made of tube sections, which is stabilized by sliding plates, and connectors. The sliding plates and the casters provide support for the belting. With the drive drum the tightness of the belt can be adjusted. The drive drum is driven by a electric, three-phase winding engine, with servo fan, which connects with a torque arm.
The mount is mobilized by 4 casters with brakes, and has auto adjusting feet for stability.
The elevation happens on corrugated flange, cassette belting. The conveyor belt's surface is wear- and scratch-proof, its inner surface slides well in the sliding plates. While conveying, side panels prevents the materials from falling off on the sides, and wales prevents from sliding back.. The belt can be equipped with puffer tank, with level sensor. This stops the belt if it senses overload.
